Clinton Coleman, Interim CEO
Clinton Coleman was named Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 13, 2007.
Mr. Coleman is a Vice President of Newcastle Capital Management, L.P., currently serves as a director of Fox & Hound Restaurant Group and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Inn, Inc.,
between July 2006 and January 2007. Prior to joining Newcastle, Mr. Coleman served as a portfolio analyst with Lockhart Capital Management, L.P., an investment partnership, from October 2003 to June 2005.
From March 2002 to October 2003 he served as an associate with Hunt Investment Group, L.P., a private investment group. Previously, Mr. Coleman was an associate director with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of UBS.
Kevin Thimjon, President and Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Thimjon joined Bell Industries in 2007.
Mr. Thimjon has eighteen years of financial management experience, is a Certified Public Accountant and has held a number of senior financial management positions with Stanley Security Solutions (a division of The Stanley Works),
ISR Solutions, and U.S. Office Products Company. Prior to joining Bell, Mr. Thimjon was the Chief Financial Officer of the Security Integration business for Stanley Security Solutions.
