Fact Sheet

1952: Bell Radio Supply opens in Los Angeles.

1959: Initial public stock offering is completed.

1978: Bell's System Integration Group, the precursor to Bell Industries Technology Solutions Group, is formed.

1996: Milgray Electronics is acquired.

1998: Bell's graphics business is divested as part of the company's restructuring plan.

1999: Bell's electronics distribution business is sold to Arrow Electronics.

2000: The company's restructuring is complete, and Bell operates principally as an
           integrated technology solutions concern.

2004: Microsoft Education names Bell Industries Technology Solutions Group as a Large Account Reseller.

2005: New management team is installed.

2006: J.W. Miller is sold to Bourns.

2007: Bell Industries acquires SkyTel.

2008: SkyTel's GPS Division is Sold to SkyGuard, LLC.  Bell Industries enters into an agreement with Velocita Wireless LLC, to purchase the balance of the SkyTel division.
