1999: Bell's electronics distribution business is sold to Arrow Electronics.
2000: The company's restructuring is
complete, and Bell operates principally as an
integrated technology solutions concern.
2004: Microsoft Education names Bell Techlogix as a Large Account Reseller.
2005: New management team is installed.
2006: J.W. Miller is sold to Bourns.
2007: Bell Industries acquires SkyTel.
2008: SkyTel's GPS Division is sold to SkyGuard, LLC. Bell Industries sells the remaining SkyTel assets to Velocita Wireless LLC.
